1. Prepare your artwork
    Work your way through our artwork checklist on the 'How to provide your artwork' webpage to ensure your artwork is print ready - this will avoid any unnecessary delays.
  2. Place your order
    Click on the price of the product you require. This will open the online order form. Complete all the details and click 'Submit'. Bespoke Quotes - If you have requested a bespoke quote you will be sent a bespoke order form to complete by email. Once we have received your order via Paypal, you will receive a receipt of your order via e-mail.
  3. Send us your artwork
    Attach your files by clicking on the 'attach artwork' button after submitting your order form. Please allow time for the upload process.
  4. What happens next?
    Once we receive your order form and artwork, your file(s) will be ripped through our imposition software and a refined PDF proof will be emailed to you with a link to our online 'Proof Approval Form' (usually within 4 hours) for you to complete and submit. Your turnaround time starts when we receive this form back completed. The day you approve your proof is not included in your turnaround unless we receive approval before 11.00am.
  5. Your order is delivered
    Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via overnight courier the next working day after despatch between the hours of 8.30am and 6.30pm (a signature will be required on delivery).
